ACN Fiber Private Limited Layer 3 MPLS VPN Service will have following tariff components:

1. Annual Port Charges for VPN Bandwidth
2. One time I&C (installation and commissioning) Charges
3. Other Charges:    
     a. Third Party Local Loop Charges at actuals
     b. Backup Port Charges
     c. CPE Rental Charges
4. Miscellaneous Charges
     a. Link/Media shifting charges.
     b. Up gradation/down gradation charges.
     c. Change Management Charges
     d. Mast charges & Building/Landlord Permissions at actuals
Payment Terms & Conditions for MPLS VPN: 

1. One Time Charges (Installation and commissioning) along with the customer order form. 
2. Three months advance annual rental charges and other charges (last mile liasioning, additional port charges, etc.) at the time of commissioning of the circuit through the demand note raised by ACN Fiber Private Limited. 
3. Subsequent billing will be quarterly in advance. 
4. The minimum contract period for the service shall be one year. Termination of service within the contract period will attract early termination charges 
5. Two-month notice is required for termination of contract after one year.

MPLS Classes of Service

MPLS Service will enable Customer to prioritize its traffic by choosing among the five
(5) Classes of Service (CoS) listed in the table below.
