Home Broadband Policy

A Month refers to a period of 30 days.
OTT Partner Subscriptions and Live TV Channels provided are free to use as a bundled offer and are subject to change as per new promotional offers or as updated prices by our OTT Partners without notice.
Home Broadband Subcription prices are subject to change as per new promotional offers or as updated prices without notice.
For Regular Home Broadband Data without OTT plans upto 300 Mbps, speed will reduce to 2 Mbps after 3300 GB data consumption.
For Regular Home Broadband Data plans without OTT from 500 Mbps to 1 Gbps, speed will reduce to 5 Mbps after 3300 GB data consumption.
For ProPlay with OTT plans from 250 Mbps to 1 Gbps, speed will reduce to 5 Mbps after 5500 GB data consumption.
For Non-OTT ACN Broadband Pro plans ranging from 75 Mbps to 300 Mbps, the speed will decrease to 5 Mbps after consuming 7400 GB of data. Additionally, the static IP address will remain unchanged only if the account is renewed before its expiry date.
Speed mentioned is maximum speed for respective plans.
For Dedicated Maximum Speed, opt for dedicated bandwidth service plans.
For 1 Gbps plans, the speed over Wirless Devices / WiFi will be upto 450 Mbps and on LAN it will be upto 900 Mbps, as it depends on the hardware limitation of the client end devices thats transmitting and receiving the bandwidth.
Client End devices that are consuming 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps speeds should support 5 GHz band.
500 Mbps & above speed plans are available and is subject to technical feasibility.
